Treat yourself with this delicious low-calorie treat. This is an easy to make a meal and should take you about 10 minutes to cook.

What you need:

  • 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of pesto
  • 4 pieces of lettuce or another type of green salad
  • 250 grams of chopped and roasted chicken/turkey
  • 6 pieces of chopped up spring onions
  •  1 freshly chopped cucumber
  •  4 tortillas

First mix up the greek yogurt with the pesto.
On every tortilla place down a piece of lettuce, chicken/turkey, spring onion, cucumber, and the mixed yogurt and pesto.
Roll up the tortilla and enjoy it!

Wait, why is this called “Turkish” tortilla? Is it because it has turkey in it? Plus, you also have Greek yoghurt in it? I’m confused 🙂 Doesn’t mean I won’t try this.

    Because of the meat, this tortilla is made with either chicken meat or turkey meat. 🙂
