Treat yourself with this delicious low-calorie treat. This is an easy to make a meal and should take you about 10 minutes to cook.
What you need:
- 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- 4 pieces of lettuce or another type of green salad
- 250 grams of chopped and roasted chicken/turkey
- 6 pieces of chopped up spring onions
- 1 freshly chopped cucumber
- 4 tortillas
First mix up the greek yogurt with the pesto.
On every tortilla place down a piece of lettuce, chicken/turkey, spring onion, cucumber, and the mixed yogurt and pesto.
Roll up the tortilla and enjoy it!
